We make smart, simple, human devices that think and care about you everyday. To begin with, we’re looking at transforming the way people use light switches and plug sockets around the world. We’ll always strive to make your life a tad easier – and the earth a tad greener.
Where is Den available to purchase?
You can pre-order Den products online and soon will be available to buy at selected stores. We currently only ship to UK addresses.
When will my card be charged?
The full amount of your order will be charged to your account when you press 'Confirm order & Pay'.
Can anyone from any country order?
We currently only accept orders from customers in the UK.
When will my order be delivered?
During the pre-order period the different products will be shipped in different phases. Starting with the first phase that includes the Hub, 1 Gang Light Switch, 2 Gang Socket Outlet, Motion Sensor & Remote. For details please refer to the product page for each item.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can. For more information please refer to our return & cancellation policies on our website.
How do I check my order status?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes your order details.
When your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email is sent with the tracking number. You will receive a final delivery confirmation email once the order is delivered.
