An Update on Den's Launch

We’re writing to give you an update on Den’s release.

As you are well aware, we needed to complete the development of our software before shipping our products to you. During the past few weeks we installed our products in over 30 homes, receiving a lot of feedback from our testers which helped constantly improve the software. This is now working really well.

However, our testing identified a hardware issue that can happen with our socket outlets upon installation. This problem was quite rare, occurring in 3 out of 80 sockets we installed, however, it must be resolved before we ship these to you.

We have identified why the issue was caused and have amended our designs to prevent it from happening in the future. We apologise once again for the inconvenience and are moving as fast as we can to get Den to you - but due to the nature of our products, we absolutely have to get them right.
